Yes, you can create special rollover links by
using the following URL:
    http://pdf2swf:name

This will set the top level ActionScript variable
"subtitle" to "name" on rollover.
You probably need to poll for that variable though-
this functionality stems from the time when Flash
didn't yet support "native" events.
