[Swftools-common] Using Swftools - Performance - Large pdf files many pages?

Hi,

 

I’ve just started using Swftools, its working great on small ish pdfs with only a few pages of text/images. Just have a couple of questions if I may:

 

1. I’ve got a 16MB pdf with about 85 pages of text and the performance when creating the swf slow. Has anyone had much experience with processing large files?

2. When the resulting swf file loads, am I right in thinking it has to load the complete file before it shows the first page? Has anyone experimented with a way of only loading the page that is being viewed?
