[Swftools-common] Tools required to develop an ipaper

Hi All

I want to build a new document viewer. I want your help to know what are the tools from which I can develop the application.

I want to give support for large files, so that it won't take much time in loading. May be buffering, or load page on demand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
