There were several occurances of this change:

-Rainer Böhme <address@hidden>
+Rainer B\[:o]hme <address@hidden>

This was done in some older packaging work (0.8.something) and im not
really sure, if its needed, but perhaps its an good idea to convert
umlauts during generation of the man pages too.
