The PDF is secured.  If I recall correctly if the “Allow Printing” flag is set to disabled, PDF2SWF or the XPDF parser will not be able to read/convert the file.  See if you can remove that restriction (may require a password and or save as a new PDF without restriction) then run your conversion again.

Hi Team,

 

I have an issue where I am trying to convert a non-editable pdf to swf file format. I am using pdf2swf tool for the conversion.

I am unable to do that and get to see the below error:

Input Message:FATAL   PDF disallows copying

 

I am attaching a document similar to the original document which is having issues.

 

Any quick help for the above error is well appreciated.
