[Swftools-common] AS3Compile and Import packages

When using AS3compile with "-l" to reference a package in a swf file, the library is not included.
Some times ago, Matthias Kramm  explained that the file is used only to look up dependencies, but the library is not included (Dec 20,2009).
No improvements about that ?
Is there an other way to do that?
