[Synaptic-devel] New release 0.28

Dear Friends,

we released 0.28 today. 

Only minor fixes and cleanups:
 - fixed a bug for rpm users (thanks to Sviatoslav Sviridou)
 - added turkish translation (thanks to Rail Aliev)
 - added handleBox for the main button bar
 - added synaptic desktop file for gnome (needs xsu to work)
 - added wm icon

This is the first release with some synaptic icons for the gnome (and
debian) menu. It's not very creative right now (taken from gnome and
altered only a bit). So any improvements are welcome :)

Beside this release, we are working on porting synaptic to gtk2. It's
progressing nicely and is mostly working. Only some minor issue have
to be solved (keyboard shortcuts etc).
