Summary:  Downloading package lists needs to show failed downloads

Original Submission:  When telling synaptic to download the package lists, if 
there are failures all you get is a "Some lists didn't download" message. Great 
- WHAT list(s) didn't download?



The dialog should show (or at least have a button to show) the list of lists 
that did not download, and the reason (404, timeout, whatever).
