Hi!
You need an exchange which accepts your cash payments and gives you the
equivalent digital coins. AFAIK, there are no exchanges as of now which
do that. There is legal overhead involved to run an exchange as this
most likely involves getting a banking/payment-processing license.
You can test with the demo exchange, with demo currencies.
