Why don't you implement it yourself? You just need to know C and be
familiar with tcd sources (which none of us is anyway, since tcd is
an adopted package from Tim Gerla's original code)
I suggest you start adding a section to select cdrom/playlist, that may
contain the path to a cdrom typed in as a string (default to /dev/cdrom)
It does probably fit above the track list.
