Hi there,

I just commited basic SDL support into tcd.c. I couldn't keep the
same interface by modifying linux-cdrom.c because the structure
passed around was dessigned very unportably by mixing kernel-specific
components with internal program ones.

The migration is unfinished, and some functions are not yet migrated,
but the basic functionality works with SDL. The old structure is still
used for some internal variables such as the one storing the current
play mode and such.

I need testers; if you found a bug please report it using the BTS in
Savannah (I know the GUI feedback is dead, don't report this).

Btw, Roland do you know the autoconf magic to invoke "sdl-config" in
configure.in? (AC_CHECKLIB turned to not be enough)
