I agree that I didn't add anything copyrightable (and even if I did, I hereby 
waive all associated rights possible -- that is, all exploitation rights, 
since I'm in a droit d'autheur country, so I can't disclaim any moral 
rights -- to all my changes until now). So, feel free to do with my code 
whatever fits you.

PS: I don't want to assign anything to the FSF, mainly because their goals are 
to advance Free Software only, even if that might collide with the goals of 
texi2html in the future... In particular, I'm also fine with dual-licensing 
my work with some other, non FSF-approved license.
