        * makeinfo/makeinfo.c (cm_xref): removed the warning about
        @xrefs to @unnumbered sections, as there are many situations where
        there is now way to fix them.
        
        * makeinfo/insertion.c: removed lingering titlepage_cmd_present
        declaration.
