gavin pushed a change to branch master.

    from 960b9d2b8c * tp/Texinfo/ParserNonXS.pm (_input_push_file, 
parse_texi_file) (_end_line_misc_line): use _input_push_file to both open and 
put input file information in $self->{'input'} (as in the XS Parser), reusing 
_open_in code.  Remove _open_in.
     new 3a2d632209 * doc/texinfo.tex (\indexnofonts): Remove obsolete comment 
claiming that makeinfo doesn't expand macros in the argument to @deffn.
     new 465b43edf9 @set txicodequoteundirected and @set txicodequotebacktick 
by default
