    from 4a8cbae867 Add COLLATION_LANGUAGE for linguistic tailoring of indices 
sorting
     new 4d58eb5325 * Texinfo/Indices.pm (_index_entry_element_sort_string_key) 
(setup_sortable_index_entries, sort_indices_by_index) (sort_indices_by_letter): 
always use a collator to sort index enties. Remove now unused 
_collator_sort_key and _collator_sort_index_entries.
     new b120160674 * tp/Texinfo/Indices.pm (sort_indices_by_letter): setup a 
sort string for letters sorting.  Do not sort explicitely symbols before 
letters. Remove _collator_sort_string.
