Hello,
Progressing in the manual, I found another discrepancy between the
manual and texi2any HTML, namely
In the HTML output, footnote references are marked with a small,
superscripted number which is rendered as a hypertext link to the
footnote text.
While for now a footnote is rendered in HTML as an hypertext link
formatted as in Info, like <a href="...">(n)</a>.
I am changing the code such that it is a superscript now, except
when on preformatted, in this case it is still (n) as is not
valid in <pre>.
Is it correct?
