Ok for 2), but space is always ignored similarly for @-commands with
arguments on the line, and for other @-commands spaces may or may not be
ignored whatever this value, for example for @noindent or @insertcopying.
So maybe even more correct would be
IGNORE_SPACE_AFTER_BRACE_COMMAND_NAME
Ok?
