Here come a little janitorial patch to fix some longstanding breakage
in the packaging of TeXmacs.
The problems were:
'make distclean' did not remove the c++ config header because
configure.in was not updated when the header was moved. That could
cause some noise when diffing source trees.
'make clean' removed the fig2ps and texmacs scripts which where
produced by 'configure'. As a consequence, the sequence "make; make
clean; make; make install" caused an error.

TeXmacs is NOT a LaTeX front-end and is unrelated to emacs.
