[Texmacs-dev] banner and button

I've made a banner so people can advertise TeXmacs on their webpage, and a 
smaller button "created with TeXmacs", which people can e.g. display on a 
website which is created by TeXmacs.

If found acceptable, this stuff should be added to the TeXmacs website, 
I suggest a page "artwork" where people can find the current and official 
banners, etc. I can add it to the cvs, but someone has to point out the 
directory/ies where this stuff should go.
