[Texmacs-dev] Subscripts in titles

TeXmacs 1.0.4.5 has trouble with subscripts in titles.

To illustrate the problem, open a new document and
make a title. Enter math mode. The font will change,
and you can make integral signs, etc. So TeXmacs
definitely knows it is in math mode.

Now type some mathematics containing a subscript, 
such as F_4. The subscript is rendered incorrectly
as an underscore.

As a work around, you can write the math in another
part of the document, then paste it into the title.
