[Texmacs-dev] Handling of selection depends on cursor position

If I select a line of text and try to make it a subsection (hit A-2)
the result depends on whether I selected from the beginning of the
line to the end or viceversa, irrespective of whether it is by
dragging the mouse and keeping the right button pressed or by pressing
shift and (ini/end).
