[Thales] Error : Failed to connect to database

Hi there,

 

I’m a french people who wants to deal with Thales soft.

I did everything needed (configure make make install, libmysqlclient12 is installed and libmysqlclient-dev too + configure thales.conf) but I get the following message when launching :

 

sd416:/usr/local/thales# ./thales -d

[Aug 01 21:53:00.073950 2004] GNU Thales 1.0 starting up with unreal support (options: debug)

[Aug 01 21:53:00.076164 2004] FATAL: Failed to connect to database : Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

 

Does anyone knows what can I do ?
