[Thotbook-dev] Yet Another CVS Import

ThotEditor is shipped in several archives, some of them contain both
thoteditor and thotlib, some of them only contain thoteditor.  Of
course, I chose the wrong archive.

So I made another import of thoteditor only.  This implies that the
new CVS repository is much smaller.  Of course, CVSROOT has not
changed.  Those who made an import are strongly advised to update
their workspace.
