[Tiger-devel] [PATCH] 077 is a good umask value.

Hello all,

I ran across this during my testing today.  The check_umask only
recognizes umasks of 002, 022, and 027 as secure values.  I have added
077 to this list as well.

P.S. I have added this module to my personal TODO list to re-visit.  it
seems that this check could be made more intelligent.
