The filtering in initdefs was modified slightly so that Message ID and
Severity level can be put in tiger.ignore and used to filter out unwanted
messages.



Change to initdefs looks like this:

-  ignore_message "$_level $_msgid $_mesg" && return

+  ignore_message "$_mesg" && return
