Currently, "bitcard" is the closest thing in large operation to the
TJAIS service
and framework, which seems to be nearly identical to it.

What a Java developer working on this project could do includes, hmm,

creating a stand-alone TJAIS server that does not need to be installed under
a HTTP server, but is a stand-alone piece of software.
