BTW, I just grabbed the latest CVS to give it a try and the compile died with:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -I/usr/include/mysql -Wall -g -O2
-DCONFIG_DIR=/etc/tpop3d -c maildir.c
maildir.c:189: warning: #warning IGNORE_CCLIENT_METADATA not supported with
maildir.
maildir.c: In function `maildir_new':
maildir.c:228: invalid lvalue in assignment
maildir.c:208: warning: `locked' might be used uninitialized in this function
make[2]: *** [maildir.o] Error 1
Same config options as before: --enable-auth-mysql --enable-mbox-maildir
--disable-snide-comments --disable-mbox-bsd --sysconfdir=/etc/tpop3d
