tramp-2.0.56 tarball contains truncated configure file

Hi,

it looks like the 2.0.56 tarball, downloaded from
   http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/tramp/tramp-2.0.56.tar.gz
contains a truncated "configure" file that fails to generate
Makefiles.

The last two lines of the file are:

# configure is writing to config.log, and then calls config.status.
# config.status does its own redirection, appendi
