Ok I gave it a test, and it behaves differently but it still not working.

Now I can enter the whole filename '/ssh:172.16.10.15:/etc/passwd'
without error but it finally tells me:

     Process *tramp/ssh 172.16.10.15* exited abnormally with code 255
