[Uisp-dev] Problem with AT90S8535

Hello
I want use uisp on parallèle port to programming my µC, but i can do 
two times and after the message is :
Cannot identify device because it is locked.
Device similar to the ATmega 103-old is found
Page write disabled
FLASH write delay(t-wd-flash) :61111 us
EEPROM write delay (t_wd_eeprom): 11111 us
uploading : flash
#device is locked
Adress out of memory range
make: ***[load] Erreur 3
