Details:

uisp -v -dlpt=/dev/parport0 -dprog=data -dpart=ATmega88 --wr_fuse_e=0xFC

says 'Fuse Extended Byte set to 0xFC'. Then,

uisp -v -dlpt=/dev/parport0 -dprog=dapa -dpart=ATmega88 --rd_fuses 

says 'Fuse Extended Byte = 0xff'.

Fuse Extended Byte can't be changed nor read with uisp/ATmega88 (I verified
it works with avrdude).
