[Usbb2k-api-dev] Patchs

Hello ,

In attachement you can find a patch for usbb2k-api.h & usbb2k-main.c .
This patchs include :
 - a new command DIAL TONE [0|1]
 - access to the usb device , is protected by a semaphore
 - We can flash the led PSTN .
 - a new command UNKNOWN [1|2] , this command send
   two usb command to the device . 
   I dont known the meaning of this command .
   Echo Canceller ? Hang the pstn line ?
