It didn't work it out. I tried info -d /usr/local/share/info/ and it
is worked but I couldn't do that all the time...

I have added /usr/local/share/info to the INFOPATH variable in the
/etc/profiles.env file and everything is okay.

So, my suggestion for new UTUTO XS version is /usr/local/share/info
directory should be added to INFOPATH variable. :)

Try this:

/usr/bin/install-info <infofile> --dir-file=/usr/share/info/
