[Vgabios-developers] PATCH: Add 720p, 768p, and 1080p resolutions

Hi! I have modified vgabios on my system to add support for HDTV
resolutions 720p and 1080p and I think it would be useful for these
resolutions to be supported in the official upstream version.

I have attached a patch that adds the 720p and 1080p definitions. I
have also included a definition for 768p, which was already in qemu's
vgabios source but is missing from the upstream vgabios source. I have
verified that the new resolutions work with QEMU/KVM with a Windows 7
guest.
