[vile] turning off prompts

[lists-vile]

There are times where vile prompts for confirmation [y/n]? even when ! is
applied to the end of the command. For instance if I'm reading/editing a file
that I know has changed on the file system and I want vile to reload the
changes I issue:

:e!

I get the confirmation prompt.  I get the same thing when using the :wall!
command.  Is there a way to disable this?
