[Vrs-development] Links to Distributed File Systems

The following are just links to distributed file systems that already exist.
None of them does all the things we want to eventually. They can, but they
don¹t. Just wanted to throw these out there in case anyone was interested. I
want to revamp the vrs website after the designs can be put up. Including in
the revamp would be links to related information like this.
