HTMLs are generated by Makefile and the script's name is hn-html.pl.  TODO
is not possible to produce "good" HTML but here an idea:

All text is in <pre>
* SECTION is made bold.
** SUBSECTION is made emphasized (italic)
The rest is leaved.
