(As the author of that guide). it's true that the gnu.org page is very
very old. The Savannah people have never sorted themselves out so that I
can update that page (without having to give me CVS access to the entire
Hurd source tree); I believe the version on www.pick.ucam.org to be
reasonably current (at least, I haven't had any requests to alter it for
some time).
