Betelgeuse Productions is on of the country's premier independent post-production
television, video, and multimedia companies; clients include, Viacom, MTV, Nickelodeon,
CBS sports, VH-1, WNET, and many others.

SMTV is forecasting a profitable 2003, with EBITDA of $1.26 million
on revunies of $29 million. The current business plan indicates this
should more than double to $3.0 million in 2004.
