Hi people
Here's an update for the whatsnew.he.html page (hebrew translation).
(I was the original translator of the page, this is just my new mail 
address, although the old one - address@hidden - still works)

By the way, the hebrew translations are encoded UTF-8,
and it seems like your server is configured to dictate encoding 
ISO-8869-1 (latin), which make the page look like gibberish unless one 
sets the encoding manually. This also overrides the encoding specified 
on the page itself (which is the correct encoding).

הtarball של דביאן GNU/Hurd שמרקוס ברינקמן הכין לאורך השנים נזנח לטובת +חבילת crosshurd של ג'ף ביילי. מהיום יש להשתמש בחבילה זו על מנת להתקין +GNU/Hurd. יש צורך במערכת דביאן אחרת שתהיה מותקנת על המערכת. מדריך +ההתקנה של GNU/Hurd לא עודכן עדיין.
