Patch for gnumach-install.html

Hello all,

gnumach-install.html still says that the current version of GNU Mach is
1.2. The attached patch fixes this.

(Another option would maybe be to completely remove the section "Latest
version" from this page)

If I should send the patch in a different format, please feel free to
beat me, ;-) so that I know for future patches I might send.
