Walfield's Hurd Installation Guide need update

Hi!

On page
http://web.walfield.org/pub/people/neal/papers/hurd-installation-guide/english/hurd-install-guide.html
which is refered from
http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/install.html#install is link to file
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hurd/contrib/marcus/gnu-latest.tar.gz which
doesn't exists as I have heard that server is taken down because of
compromise.

I was instructed on #hurd (@freenode) IRC channel that latest version is
available from http://people.debian.org/~rmh/gnu/gnu.tar.bz2, should that
version be mentioned on that documentation too or otherwise published?
