Websec to RSS?

Happy new year everyone. I'm not sure if anyone is still using websec, but I
am. Lately I've been wondering how to take the output of websec and get it
into RSS. Ideally, just calling websec would be nice. The ability to
throttle or cache the checking of external pages would great as well.
Unfortunately, this is just beyond my skills.
Any thoughts?
