Details:
Hey again,
I noticed that channelnames in version 0.2.3 are sent to the server as UTF-8.
However, most (all?) IRCds do not use UTF-8-Channelnames but still use
latin-1.
This unfortunately renders weechat 0.2.3 unable to join channels containing
e.g. german umlauts ('ä', 'ö', 'ü', 'ß') - and many other special
characters aswell.
