Details:

When specifying a irc server hostname that returns multiple ips weechat will
always pick the same ip regardless of how the name resolves.  Examples include
irc.efnet.org and irc.efnet.us.  If you do a lookup on those domains you'll
see that they return a list of ips in a random order.  No matter the order
weechat always uses the same one.  Other clients don't seem to exhibit this
behavior.

Still my favorite irc client, thanks for all the hard work with this one!
