Details:

When a netsplit occurs, it shows in users' quit messages there where was a
netsplit, but it takes up a lot of lines in the client for all the quit/join
messages of a large channel...something like how irssi or xchat/conspire
handles it would be nice:

irssi:
* Netsplit occurred server1.network.net<->server2.network.net Quits: nick1,
nick2, nick3, nick4
(after netsplit):
* Netsplit over Joins: nick1, nick2, nick3, nick4

XChat/Conspire:
* Netsplit: lindbohm.freenode.net <-> irc.freenode.net, quits: ChanServ
(after netsplit):
* ChanServ (address@hidden) has joined #shadowlinux
