Details:

One thing I have always insisted upon in my clients (to the point of writing
a truely insane one line mIRC script years ago), is that they be able to
display private notices in the active window rather than the status window.

I'd hope this would be a relatively simple task, and it would be a nice
addition to weechat.  I surely can't be the only one who would like this.
