Details:

When you type /set irc.server<TAB> to quickly edit some server preferences,
if you hit the <TAB> key prior to clearly stating which irc server you want to
edit, it should default to the one you are currently using in your:

1. current buffer. ie, if I am on "[irc/rizon] 3:#Valkyria.Chronicles",
it would pick "rizon".

2. the CTRL-X'd server you are on, if you are in the "buffer 1" window
(newest dev version with FlashCode's server buffer merge feature). Ie, if I
have CTRL-X'd to efnet, it would pick "efnet".
