Details:

Sometimes when I switch focus to another program window (for example
firefox), weechat stops responding to the server (ping-pong messages), and
stops displaying everything.

When I switch focus back to the terminal window, suddenly I get all of the
messages that were sent to me by the server (join, part, quit, privmsg, etc)
at one go, and I get a ping timeout.

I'm not sure exactly how to reproduce this, but this only started happening
when I upgraded to 0.3.0 rc2 last week.
