Details:

This patch adds date/time specifiers to the logger.file.path setting. I did
this by creating a new method called logger_build_config_path() that will
return a string of the parsed log path.

The functions that got the logger_config_file_path setting directly have also
been changed to use this function instead. I have compiled this and tested on
my local i386 Debian machine. It seems to work and parse the specifiers just
fine and saves the log files into the correct directories.
